PAYMENTS
We accept PayPal. Orders placed within California will be charged California sales tax. Orders placed out of state will not be charged tax.
SHIPPING
Each piece is handmade to order. Please allow four to six weeks for processing as some items take longer to make than others. If your order is urgent, send us an email us at hello@studiomari.co, and we’ll work to expedite your order.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package.
Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If you live in Los Angeles and want to pick up your package, let us know!
RETURNS
We happily offer exchanges or store credit for items returned within 14 days. Items must be postmarked within the 14 day period. We do not take responsibility for packages lost or damaged.
We ask that you please take care when trying your jewelry on and preparing to send back to us as we cannot accept jewelry that has been worn or damaged. Please return in it’s original packaging.
